摘要
提高高校劳动教育实际成效是落实党中央、国务院关于在新时代加强各类学校劳动教育意见精神的根本要求。但是,目前高校劳动教育的实效还很不理想:在对劳动教育的认知上,存在着割裂劳动与教育、劳动教育与德智体美教育关系的倾向;在劳动教育内容上,存在着缺乏完整性、连贯性、衔接性等问题;在劳动教育方式上,存在着单一与单向等不足。这些问题的产生从深层次上讲,是因为一些基本的教育原则贯彻落实不到位。所以,走出当下困境,还需以突出主体性、尊重个体性、激发创造性、注重多样性、坚持过程性、贯彻整体性等教育原则为基础,加以有效调节与应对。
Improving the actual effectiveness of labor education in colleges and universities is the basic requirement of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to strengthen the spirit of labor education in various schools. However, the actual effectiveness of labor education in colleges and universities is still far from satisfactory. In the cognition of labor education, there is a tendency to separate the relationship between labor and education, between labor education and moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic education. In respect of content, there is a lack of integrity, coherence, cohesion and other issues. In respect of the way of labor education, there is a single and one-way problems. In a deep sense, these problems arise because some basic educational principles have not been put into practice. Therefore, to get out of the present predicament, it is necessary to effectively adjust and respond to the educational principles of highlighting subjectivity, respecting individuality, stimulating creativity, focusing on diversity, adhering to process, and implementing integrity.
