摘要
目的了解上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院利福平的使用现状并进行合理性分析。方法收集2019年1—9月涉及使用利福平的出院病历,共156份,分析患者的临床诊断、病区分布、用法用量等。结果利福平存在明显的超说明书用法用量情况,患者的治愈率高,创面恢复良好,无药品不良反应报告,使用利福平外用的烧伤患者治愈好转率达93.3%。结论利福平外用治疗烧伤、灼伤创面感染患者存在超说明书用法用量的现象,医院通过信息化手段进行用药监测和管控,但临床使用仍需扩大样本量进行循证评价且谨慎使用,确保安全合理用药。
Objective To investigate and analyze the present application and the rationality of the prescription of Rifampicin used in Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to School of Shanghai Jiaotong University.Method 156 medical records of patients discharged from January 2019 to September 2019 were collected,and the clinical diagnosis,distribution of the disease area,usage and dosage of Rifampicin were analyzed.Result Rifampicin capsules in our hospital were obviously overuse and overdose,the cure rate of patients was high,the wound recovery was good,and there was certain literature support,no ADRs were reported.The cure rate of burn patients using Rifampicin for external use was 93.3%.Conclusion Rifampin as an external preparation,was applied to burn,scald and other wound infection patients.The hospital monitors and controls the use of drugs by means of information technology.However,the clinical application still needs to expand the sample size for evidence-based evaluation and use with caution to ensure safe and rational drug use.
