摘要
本文分析了南昌县水土流失及防治现状,以保护和合理利用水土资源为主体,明确了全县水土保持防治目标,划分了南昌县水土保持分区,并分区开展水土保持基础功能评价,提出了预防、治理及监测的措施体系,为推动全县水土资源可持续利用及经济社会可续发展提供支撑和保障.
This article analyzes the current situation of soil erosion and prevention in Nanchang county,focuses on the protection and rational use of soil and water resources,clarifies the prevention and control objectives of soil and water conservation in the county,divides the soil and water conservation divisions of Nanchang county,and carries out the evaluation of the basic functions of soil and water conservation.A system of measures for prevention,governance and monitoring has been established to provide support and guarantee for the promotion of the county's sustainable utilization of water and soil resources and sustainable economic and social development.
