摘要
目的:研究连钱草正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱色谱分离方法和液相色谱分离方法对连钱草正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质以及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从连钱草正丁醇部位分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:①丁香脂素-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷;②芹菜素-7-O-β-D-芹糖(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷;③Shimobashiric acid C;④(+)-异落叶松脂素9′-O-β-葡萄糖苷;⑤(7S,8R)dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9′-β-glucopyranoside;⑥3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-acrylic acid 1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-methox-ycarbonylethyl ester。结论:以上化合物均为首次从连钱草中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Glechoma Longituba.Methods:Various methods including column chromatography and HPLC were used to isolate andpurify the compounds of n-butanol extract part of the Glechoma longituba.The chemical structures were identified on basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data.Results:6 compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract of Glechoma Longituba,and identifi-ed as 1.syringaresinol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside;2.apigenin-7-O-β-D-api-ofuranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside;3.Shimobashiric acid C;4.(+)-isolariciresinol-9′-O-β-glucopyranoside;5.(7S,8R)dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9′-β-glucopyranoside;6.3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-acrylic acid 1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-Methoxycarbonylethyl ester.Conclusion:All compounds areisolated from this plant for the first time.
