不同电导率营养液对蕹菜生长、品质及产量的影响 被引量:8

Effects of different EC values of nutrient solution on the growth,quality and yield of water spinach

摘要 为研究营养液浓度对蕹菜生长、品质和产量的影响,筛选出适合蕹菜水培的营养液浓度,本试验以蕹菜为材料,采用营养液水培法,以自来水为对照(CK),设4个营养液电导率(EC)处理,分别为EC=1.0、EC=1.5、EC=2.0和EC=2.5 mS·cm^(-1)。结果表明,EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1)时蕹菜株高显著高于CK,该处理下蕹菜的株高、茎粗、叶长和叶宽均为最大。EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1)时蕹菜叶片叶绿素含量显著高于其他各处理,蕹菜根系活力显著高于EC=2.5 mS·cm^(-1)和CK。EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1)时蕹菜可溶性蛋白和维生素C含量最高。蕹菜硝酸盐含量以CK最低,EC=2.5 mS·cm^(-1)最高,且显著高于其他各处理。同时,EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1)显著增加了蕹菜单株质量和产量。综上所述,供试4个营养液浓度中,采用1.5 mS·cm^(-1)营养液最适合水培蕹菜的生产。 In order to study the effect of nutrient solution concentration on the growth,quality,and yield of water spinach,and to screen out the suitable nutrient solution concentration for water spinach,spinach was used as material in this research,four electrical conductivity(EC)treatments were set,which were EC=1.0,EC=1.5 EC=2.0 and EC=2.5 mS·cm^(-1),and water was used as control(CK).The growth,quality and yield of water spinach treated with nutrient solution at different EC values were studied.The results showed that the plant growth was significantly improved when it was under EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1) treatment,plant height,stem diameter,leaf length and leaf width of water spinach were the largest among all of the treatments.The chlorophyll content of water spinach leaves under EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1) treatment was significantly higher than those of other treatments.The root activity of water spinach under EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1) treatment was significantly higher than that of EC=2.5 mS·cm^(-1) treatment and CK.The soluble protein and vitamin C contents of water spinach under EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1) treatment was the highest.The nitrate content of water spinach under CK was the lowest,while it was the highest under EC=2.5 mS·cm^(-1) treatment,and the nitrate content of EC=2.5 mS·cm^(-1) treatment was significantly higher than other treatments.Additionally,the plant weight and yield of water spinach was significantly increased by EC=1.5 mS·cm^(-1) treatment.In conclusion,1.5 ms·cm^(-1) was the most suitable EC level of nutrient solution for hydroponic water spinach.
