摘要
介绍了粘接成型3D打印技术的原理,以及粘接成型3D砂型打印用胶粘剂的组成成分,同时也比较了不同种类粘接成型3D砂型打印胶粘剂的优缺点。按粘接原理把粘接成型3D打印用胶粘剂分为化学键成型胶粘剂、分子间作用力成型胶粘剂、胶体黏合成型胶粘剂,并分析了这三类胶粘剂的应用及优缺点。最后提出粘接成型3D打印用胶粘剂在未来的主要研究发展方向。
The principle of bonding forming of 3 D printing technology and the composition of adhesive for 3 D sand printing were introduced.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of different types of adhesive for3 D sand printing were also compared.According to the bonding principle,the adhesive for 3 D printing were divided into chemical bond forming adhesive,intermolecular force forming adhesive and colloidal bonding forming adhesive,and their application,advantages and disadvantages were analyzed as well.Finally,the main research and development direction of adhesive for bonding forming of 3 D printing in the future was proposed.
