蜂窝式脱硝催化剂中三氧化钨的测定

摘要 为快速测定蜂窝式脱硝催化剂中三氧化钨的含量,本文采用过氧化钠将试样熔融后,用含乙醇的热水浸取,铁、锰等元素成氢氧化物沉淀而与钨分离。以三氯化钛为还原剂,使钨还原成五价,五价钨与硫氰酸盐形成稳定的黄色配合物,选用405nm波长,以适当已知含量三氧化钨标准显色溶液作参比,于紫外分光光度计上测定三氧化钨的含量。校准曲线方程为y=0.0006x-0.0005,线性相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差为0.93%,平均回收率为99.3%。结果表明,该方法快速简便可行,灵敏度较高,结果准确稳定,适用于蜂窝式脱硝催化剂中三氧化钨的测定。 In order to quickly determine the content of WO3 in the honeycomb denitrification catalyst.In this paper,sodium peroxide was used to melt the sample,and the ethanol-containing hot water was used to soak the sample,and iron and manganese were precipitated into hydroxide and separated from tungsten.Using TiCl3 as reductant,tungsten is reduced to be pentavalent,and pentavalent tungsten and thiocyanate form a stable yellow complex,At 405nm wavelength,the content of WO3 was determined by UV spectrophotometer with appropriate known content of WO3 standard chromogenic solution as reference.The calibration curve equation is y=0.0006x-0.0005,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9999,the relative standard deviation is 0.93%,the average recovery is 99.3%.The results show that the method is fast,simple,feasible,sensitive,accurate and stable,and is suitable for the determination of WO3 in honeycomb denitrification catalyst.
