摘要
为了验证基于理论分析和数值模拟导出的巷道均速圈定位模型的有效性,在实验室搭建的以低速风洞串接模拟风道的测试平台上,开展了圆形、梯形和三心拱形3种断面均速圈定位测试,测试结果与模型基本吻合。为增强模型的实用性,在地下金属矿山开展了现场测定试验,依据实测数据修正后的模型为:均速圈与巷道边壁的距离可通过系数与断面当量直径的乘积计算。在不同断面形态和支护条件下,系数的取值分别为:0.085(圆形、砌碹)、0.102(圆形、锚喷)、0.12(圆形、裸岩)、0.097(非圆形、砌碹)、0.1(非圆形、锚喷)和0.103(非圆形、裸岩)。
In order to verify the effectiveness of the location model of average speed ring deduced by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the location measure of average speed ring in the roadway with 3 kinds of circular,trapezoid and threeelement arch sections was carried out on the test platform which is composed of low-speed wind tunnel connected in series with simulated tunnel.The test results were basically consistent with the model.In order to enhance the practicability of the model,the test on site was carried out in the metal underground mine.The revised model on the basis of the measured data is that the distance between the average speed ring and the side wall of the tunnel can be calculated by the product of the coefficient and the equivalent diameter of section.Under different section forms and support conditions,the coefficient values are respectively0.085(circle,masonry),0.102(circle,bolting and shotcreting),0.12(circle,non support),0.097(non circle,masonry),0.1(non circle,bolting and shotcreting)and 0.103(non circle,non support).
