数字化三维重建技术在妇科良性肿瘤微创手术中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究数字化三维重建技术在妇科良性肿瘤微创手术中的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2020年6月收治妇科良性肿瘤患者72例,按入院时间分为两组,各36例。对照组实施B超检查后,开展内镜手术治疗;观察组在术前行盆腔解剖三维数字化重建后,开展内镜手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科良性肿瘤中,应用盆腔解剖三维数字化重建指导内镜手术,能有效缩短手术时间和住院时间,并减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of digital 3D reconstruction in minimally invasive surgery of gynecological benign tumors.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2020,72 cases of patients with benign gynecologic tumors were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received endoscopic surgery after B-ultrasound examination,while the observation group received endoscopic surgery after 3D digital reconstruction of pelvic anatomy before surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The operative time and length of hospital stays of observation group were significantly shorter than that of control group,the amount of bleeding during operation was than that of control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying 3D digital reconstruction of pelvic anatomy to guide endoscopic surgery in benign gynecological tumors can effectively shorten the operative time and length of hospital stays,reduce amount of intraoperative bleeding and reduce the incidence of complications.
