摘要
目的:探讨子宫前壁下段部分切除缝合术在产后出血患者中的临床效果及术后对月经的影响。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治产后出血患者54例,随机分为两组,各27例。对照组实施传统方法治疗,研究组实施子宫前壁下段部分切除缝合术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组住院时间、2 h出血量、24 h出血量及止血起效时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统治疗相比,在产后出血患者中实施子宫前壁下段部分切除缝合术,止血效果显著,患者出血量明显减少,术后恢复良好,术式安全简便。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of partial resection and suture of the lower segment of anterior uterine wall in patients with postpartum hemorrhage and its influence on postoperative menstruation.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,54 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional methods.The study group was treated with partial resection and suture of the lower segment of anterior uterine wall.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the length of hospital stay,2 hours blood loss,24 hours bleeding volume and hemostasis onset time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional treatment,in patients with postpartum hemorrhage,the hemostatic effect of partial resection and suture of the lower segment of anterior uterine wall is significant,the amount of bleeding in patients is significantly reduced,the postoperative recovery is good,and the operation is safe and simple.
