摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,对江苏省高职院校体育教师德育能力现状进行了考察,剖析其欠缺的原因:思想认识存在误区、缺乏专业的德育培训、教师和学校重视程度不够、缺乏科学系统的体育教师德育能力评价体系,并寻求了相应的改善策略:转变德育观念是提升体育教师德育能力的必要前提;培育自我德育发展能力是提高体育教师德育能力的稳固根基;善于总结、发现德育方法和技巧是提高体育教师德育能力的重要途径;构建科学合理的德育能力评价指标体系是提高体育教师德育能力的根本源头。
Through the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,the present situation of moral education ability of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province is investigated,and the reasons for its deficiency are analyzed:there is misunderstanding in thoughts and understanding,lack of professional moral training,teachers and schools do not pay enough attention,lack of scientific and systematic moral education ability evaluation system of physical education teachers.The paper proposes corresponding strategies:changing the concept of moral education is the necessary premise;cultivating self-development of moral education is the solid foundation;being good at summarizing,finding the moral education method and the skill is an important approach;and building a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of moral education ability is fundamental to improve the moral education ability of physical education teachers.
