摘要
钢筋混凝土自然通风双曲线空冷塔在中国应用较多,受技术发展以及混凝土、钢材价格和人工成本变化等因素影响,钢结构自然通风双曲线空冷塔方案逐步成为可供选择的方案之一。以某2×350 MW空冷机组配1座自然通风双曲线间接空冷塔为例,从设计荷载、计算工况、结构选型等方面分别对钢结构和钢筋混凝土自然通风双曲线空冷塔进行结构分析和方案设计,并进行技术经济比较和敏感性分析,给出采用自然通风双曲线钢结构空冷塔的钢材临界市场综合单价,供自然通风双曲线空冷塔结构选型和方案设计参考。
Natural draft double curves reinforced concrete dry cooling tower is widely used in China.With the development of technology and the price change of steel,concrete and labor costs,the steel structure dry cooling tower become one of the alternative solutions gradually.Take 1 dry cooling tower serving 2×350 MW units as an example,the structure analysis and design of steel structure dry cooling tower and reinforced concrete dry cooling tower are conducted from the aspects of design load,calculation conditions and structure type.The economic comparison and sensitivity analysis are also proceeded.The steel critical marke comprehensive unit price of natural draft double curves steel structure dry cooling tower is proposed,which could supply the references of structure selection and design for dry cooling tower.
