摘要
本文依托南京三桥主桥钢桥面大修工程,对环氧沥青混凝土各项施工工艺进行深入研究和探讨。采用首件认可制度,对铣刨、喷砂除锈、环氧富锌漆喷涂及环氧树脂涂布等工序进行精细化、标准化施工;通过开展试验段工程明确环氧沥青混凝土生产中配合比、摊铺温度、速度、碾压组合方式、碾压速度等关键工艺及施工参数并将成果应用于大修工程中,取得了良好的经济效益。本文相关成果可为类似工程提供参考。
Relying on the main bridge steel deck overhaul project of Nanjing third bridge,various construction processes of epoxy asphalt concrete are researched and discussed deeply.The first article confirmation system is adopted to conduct fine and standard construction for such processes as m illing,sand blasting and derusting,epoxy zinc-rich paint spraying,epoxy resin coating,etc.;then,such key technologies and construction parameters as mixing ratio,paving temperature,speed,rolling combination mode and rolling speed of epoxy asphalt concrete are identified by carrying out the test section project,and good economic benefits are achieved when the above results are applied to the overhaul project.The relevant results can provide references for similar projects.
