3D打印技术辅助复杂颌面部肿瘤根治切除术的临床应用 被引量:2

Clinical application of 3D printing technology assisted surgical resection of complex maxillofacial tumors

摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术辅助复杂颌面部肿瘤切除术的应用价值。方法将收治的复杂颌面部肿瘤患者30例随机分为研究组(3D打印组)和对照组(传统手术组),每组各15例。研究组术前应用3D打印技术构建含肿瘤及毗邻结构的3D数字及实体模型。对照组则术前常规影像检查评估病情,研究组与对照组均由同一手术组医师完成手术。比较分析两组患者术中失血量、手术时间、术后并发症、术后住院时间等客观围术期指标。结果30例患者均手术成功。研究组平均术中失血量为(312.1±27.2)ml,手术时间为(371.83±15.88)min,术后并发症发生率为6.67%,术后住院时间为(8.00±1.16)d。对照组平均术中失血量为(450.2±30.3)ml,手术时间为(500.17±20.36)min,术后并发症发生率为20.00%,术后住院时间为(10.71±0.76)d。研究组与对照组患者的术中失血量、手术时间、术后并发症的发生率及术后住院时间比较,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术可以优化手术计划,减少术中失血量和术后并发症,缩短手术及术后住院时间。 Objective To explore the application value of 3 D printing technique assisted surgical resection of complex maxillofacial tumors.Methods Thirty patients with complex maxillofacial tumors were randomly divided into study group(3 D printing group)and control group(traditional surgery group),15 patients in each group.The 3 D digital and solid model containing tumor and adjacent structures were constructed by 3 D printing technology before operation in the study group.In the control group,routine imaging examinations were conducted before the operation.The operations of both groups were performed by the same group of surgeons.The perioperative indicators such as intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative complications and length of hospital stay of both groups were compared and analyzed.Results All operations were completed successfully.The average intraoperative blood loss was(312.1±27.2)ml,the operation time was(371.83±15.88)min,the incidence rate of complications was 6.67%and the length of hospital stay was(8.00±1.16)days in the study group.The average intraoperative blood loss was(450.2±30.3)ml,the operation time was(500.17±20.36)min,the incidence rate of complications was 20.00%and the length of hospital stay was(10.71±0.76)days in the control group.There were statistically significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,operation time,incidence rate of complications and length of hospital stay between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3 D printing technology can optimize the operation plan,reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications,shorten the operation time and the length of hospital stay.
