摘要
目的:简化足型评价指标,获取能够全面、准确描述足型特征的代表性指标,建立足型评价指标体系,为足型研究者、鞋楦的构建等提供便利及科学依据。方法:(1)运用三维足型扫描仪对845名男性青年进行足型测量,获取34项实测指标及3项派生指标数据。(2)通过因子分析对实测指标进行筛选。(3)运用相关分析,对指标进行二次筛选,结合足部生物力学特征及代表指标意义等,获取最终指标。结果:(1)通过因子分析提取特征值大于1的公因子,共获取7个主成分因子,筛选出因子载荷值高的指标,共19项。(2)通过相关分析,剔除了5项重叠性强的指标,最终获取14项评价男性青年足型特征的代表性指标。(3)男性青年第1趾偏角度、足弓指数、踝翻转指数处于正常范围,足跟角度大于正常值。结论:(1)长度、宽度、围度指标是评价足型特征的基本指标。(2)基于因子分析与相关分析,建立了男性青年足型评价指标体系,由14项实测指标和3项派生指标构成。(3)实测指标包括足长指标、前足指标、中足指标、后足指标、足踝指标5类。(4)男性青年足部拇外翻及扁平情况为正常,后足处于轻度外翻。
Objective To simplify the foot shape evaluation index,obtain representative indicators that can comprehensively and accurately describe the characteristics of the foot shape,and establish a foot shape evaluation index system,so as to provide a convenient and scientific reference for foot shape researchers and shoe last construction.Methods A three-dimensional foot scanner was used to measure the foot shape of 845 young men,and 34 measurements and 3 derived ones were obtained.All measurements were screened using factor analysis.A second screening was conducted using correlation analysis,combined with the biomechanical characteristics of the feet and the significance of representative indicators to obtain the final indicators.Results According to factor analysis,factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted,and a total of 7 principal component factors were obtained,and 19 indicators with high factor load values were picked out.Through correlation analysis,5 indicators of strong overlapping were eliminated,before 14 representative indicators were finally obtained.The first toe deflection angle,arch index,and ankle turnover index of the young men were in the normal range,while their average heel angle was larger than the normal value.Conclusion The length,width,and girth indexes are the basic indexes for evaluating the characteristics of the foot type.Using factor analysis and correlation analysis,a male youth foot evaluation index system has been established,consisting of 14 actual measurements and 3 derived ones.The actual measurements include the foot length index,forefoot index,midfoot index,hindfoot index and foot and ankle index.In general,the hallux valgus and flatness are rare in the male youth,but hindfeet of slight valgus is common among them.
