摘要
电阻应变片应力测试法是一种在结构应力测试中被广泛采用的方法,它被用来测量钢结构件重要受力部位所受的应力。在磁场环境下,电阻应变片需要采取特殊的措施增强系统的抗干扰能力。由于多数的待测钢结构为静态结构,如大型储罐、钢结构桥梁等,其电磁干扰问题并不突出。但在游乐设施领域,由于其主要受力部件多为动态结构,且动力系统和制动系统多采用电磁转换装置,电磁干扰问题变得越来越明显。针对电阻应变片应力测试法中实际遇到的电磁干扰问题,开展了深入的研究和分析,并针对游乐设施的应用提出了相应的抗干扰方法。
The resistance strain gauge stress test method is a widely used method in structural stress testing.It is often used to measure the stress on the important parts of steel structures.In a magnetic field environment,resistance strain gauges need to take special measures to enhance the anti-interference ability of the system.Since most of the steel structures to be tested are static structures,such as large storage tanks,steel structure bridges,etc,the electromagnetic interference problem is not prominent.However,in the field of amusement rides,most of the main stressed components are dynamic structures,and the power system and braking systems mostly use electromagnetic conversion devices,and electromagnetic interference problems become more and more obvious.The electromagnetic interference problem encountered in the resistance strain gauge stress test method was carried out in-depth research and analysis,and the corresponding anti-interference method was proposed for the application of amusement rides.
