摘要
通过分析表面织构技术现状,为未来表面织构研究方向提供参考。阐述了表面织构技术的定义、产生依据及发展史;分析了国内外表面织构技术的研究现状,对表面织构技术在各领域具有代表性的应用进行分析,并对常用的表面织构方法——电火花加工、电解加工、超声加工及激光加工进行研究;总结了表面织构目前的优势、存在的问题以及未来的发展方向。
The present situation of surface texture technology was analyzed to provide references for future research on surface texture.The definition,basis and development history of surface texture technology were described.The research status of surface texture technology at home and abroad was analyzed,and the representative applications of surface texture technology in various fields were analyzed.The commonly used methods of surface texture——electrical discharge machining,electrochemical machining,ultrasonic machining,and laser processing was studied.The advantages,problems and future development of surface texture were summarized.
