摘要
目的探讨临床首次确诊为食管鳞癌患者的早中晚期构成比。方法本研究对来自郑州大学第一附属医院河南省食管癌重点开放实验室50万例食管癌及贲门癌临床信息数据库(1973-2020)中于2019年11月至2020年2月新收集的280例食管鳞癌患者资料进行回顾性分析。患者均行食管癌根治术治疗,术前未行放、化疗,并有完整的术后病理信息。应用描述性研究方法对患者的一般临床特征和早、中晚期构成比进行分析。结果男女比为2.3∶1;老年组(≥60岁)患者高发(80.72%);Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期的患者分别为50例(17.86%)、109例(38.93%)、111例(39.64%)和10例(3.57%);绝大多数患者为中晚期(82.14%),早期患者仅占17.86%。结论临床首次确诊的食管鳞癌患者以中晚期为主,早期癌患者仅占少数。
Objective To investigate the composition ratio of the early,middle and late stage in patients who were diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)for the first time clinically.Methods 280 ESCC patients who were newly collected between November 2019 and February 2020 from the 500,000 esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma database(1973-2020)established by Henan Key Laboratory for Esophageal Cancer Research of the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent the radical esophagectomy and didn’t receive chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery.They had completed postoperative pathological records.Descriptive research methods were used to analyze the general clinical characteristics of the patients and the composition ratio of early,middle and late stages.Results The ratio of male to female was 2.3∶1.The elderly group(≥60 years old)had a high incidence(80.72%).There were 50(17.86%),109(38.93%),111(39.64%)and 10(3.57%)cases of patients in stageⅠ、Ⅱ、ⅢandⅣ,respectively.The vast majority of the patients(82.14%)were in middle and late stages,while only 17.86%were in early stage.Conclusion The vast majority of the ESCC patients were in middle and late stage,only a minority of the patients were in early stage.
