摘要
目的研究介入辅助外科手术应用在闭合性四肢血管损伤治疗中的疗效。方法选择本院2018年2月至2019年6月收治的82例闭合性四肢血管损伤患者作为本次研究对象,以随机数字表法为分组依据,分为对照组(41例)和实验组(41例),对照组进行传统手术治疗,实验组进行外科手术辅助治疗,比较两组的临床指标与并发症。结果经治疗,实验组手术时间、血运恢复时间、住院时间、总失血量及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,P <0.05。结论为闭合性四肢血管损伤患者进行介入辅助外科手术治疗,治疗效果明显,并发症少,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the effect of interventional-assisted surgery in the treatment of closed limb vascular injury.Methods From February 2018 to June 2019,82 patients with closed extremity vascular injury were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group(41 cases)and experimental group(41 cases),the control group was treated by traditional operation,and the experimental group was treated by surgery.The clinical indexes and complications were compared.Results After treatment,the operation time,blood circulation recovery time,hospitalization time,total blood loss and complication rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interventional auxiliary surgical treatment for the patients with closed vascular injury of limbs is effective,with few complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
