摘要
通过对辽宁省某化工产业开发区进行调研,归纳总结开发区及企业存在的环评制度和建设项目环保设施“三同时”制度落实不到位、环境保护基础设施不健全等生态环境突出问题,并提出相应的对策建议,为化工产业园区现代环境治理体系建设探索新路、积累经验、提供借鉴。
Based on the investigation of a chemical industry development zone in Liaoning Province,this paper summarizes the outstanding problems of ecological environment,such as the inadequate implementation of environmental impact assessment system of the development zone and enterprises and the“Three Simultaneities”system of environmental protection facilities in construction projects,and the imperfect environmental protection infrastructure,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to explore a new way,accumulate experience and provide reference for the construction of modern environmental governance system of chemical industry park.
