摘要
针对新形势下生态文明建设的新要求,对煤炭企业进行绿色矿山建设的必要性进行了分析。在此基础上,结合新安煤矿的实际情况,探索构建了“三横三纵型”绿色矿山建设模式,并对其内涵、特点以及主要做法进行了详细介绍。通过6个方面的深入实践,新安煤矿“三横三纵型”绿色矿山建设模式取得良好的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益,实现了企业高质量发展。
In view of the new requirement of ecological civilization construction under the new situation,the authors analyzed the necessity of green mine construction in coal enterprises.On this basis,the authors combined with the actual situation of Xin'an Coal Mine,explored and constructed the three-horizontal and three-vertical type green mine construction mode,and introduced its connotation,characteristics and main methods in detail.Through the in-depth practice in six aspects,the three-horizontal and three-vertical type green mine construction mode in Xin'an Coal Mine had received good ecological,social and economic benefits,and realized the high quality development of the enterprise.
