摘要
规避和防范主流与新流创新转换风险对确保企业新旧技术顺利转换具有重要意义。基于转换过程视角将主流与新流创新转换过程划分为转换前、转换中、转换后三个阶段,研究表明,企业在转换的不同阶段面临不同的风险类型,①转换前,企业面临因新流创新选择错误而导致的错误转换风险;②转换中,企业面临因惯例刚性等主流创新诟病无法顺利实现与新流创新转换的转换滞后风险;③转换后,企业面临因新一轮主流创新无法与环境相适应的适应性风险。在此基础上,基于主流与新流创新在范式、能力、资源方面存在的冲突构建起转换风险识别与控制模型,对企业创新转换过程中风险问题的解决提供启示借鉴。
It is a major problem for enterprises to avoid and guard against the risk of transformation between mainstream and newstream innovation to ensure the smooth transformation of new and old technology.It is of great significance to discuss the transformation risk of mainstream and newstream innovation from the perspective of transformation process.In this paper,the transformation process of mainstream and newstream innovation is divided into three stages:before,during and after transformation.the research shows that enterprises face different types of risks in different stages of transformation:①Before conversion,enterprises are faced with the risk of wrong conversion caused by the wrong choice of new stream innovation.②During the transformation,enterprises are faced with the risk that they can not successfully complete the transformation to newstream innovation because of the criticism of mainstream innovation such as customary rigidity.③After the transformation,enterprises are faced with the adaptive risk that the new round of mainstream innovation can not adapt to the environment.On this basis,this paper constructs a transformation risk identification and control model based on the conflict in paradigm,capability and resources between mainstream and newstream innovation,which provides inspiration and reference for solving the risk problems in the process of enterprise innovation transformation.
