摘要
【目的】探索新疆阿克苏地区农田改建为果园或果农间作后,对土壤轻组有机碳的影响。【方法】采集小麦地、枣园及枣麦间作园土壤,测定土壤轻组、重组有机碳含量。【结果】不同土地利用方式下,土壤轻组有机碳含量在0~30 cm土层中均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。在0~100 cm土壤深度内,土壤轻组有机碳的平均含量为枣园>枣麦间作>小麦。农田转变为果园或果农间作后,土壤中轻组有机碳含量显著增加了46.12%和9.45%,而轻组有机碳储量则表现为农田转变为果园后增加了25.10%,农田转变为果农间作园后下降了4.88%。不同土地利用方式下,土壤轻组有机碳及其分配比例均随土壤深度的增加而下降,重组有机碳分配比例则随土壤深度的增加而逐渐增加。【结论】农田转变为果园或果农间作后,虽然显著增加了0~30 cm土层的轻组有机碳含量,而且在0~40 cm土层,轻组有机碳及重组有机碳增加均是总有机碳积累的重要来源,但随着土壤深度的增加,轻组有机碳的作用逐渐减弱。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the effects of farmland conversion to jujube orchard or jujube-wheat intercropping on soil light fraction organic carbon(LFOC)in the Aksu region of Xinjiang.【Method】The soils of wheat,jujube orchard and jujube-wheat intercropping were collected to determine the soil LFOC and heavy fraction organic carbon(HFOC)content.【Result】There was a significant difference in the soil LFOC content in layer of 0-30 cm under different land use types(P<0.05).In the soil depth of 0-100 cm,the average content of soil LFOC was jujube orchard>jujube-wheat intercropping>wheat.After the conversion from farmland to jujube orchard or jujube-wheat intercropping,the soil LFOC content was significantly increased by 46.12%and 9.45%(P<0.05),while the LFOC storage was increased by 25.10%after the conversion of farmland to jujube orchard and decreased by 4.88%after the conversion of farmland to jujube-wheat intercropping.The soil LFOC content and its distribution ratio were decreased with the increase of soil depth,and the proportion of soil HFOC increased gradually with the increase of soil depth.【Conclusion】After the conversion from farmland to jujube orchard or jujube-wheat intercropping,although the soil LFOC content in layer of 0-30 cm was significantly increased,and the increase of soil LFOC and HFOC in layer of 0-40 cm was an important source of soil organic carbon accumulation.However,as the soil depth increases,the role of LFOC was gradually weakened.
