摘要
文章从班组管理需求、班组文化建设、班员素质能力提升三个方面阐述自主开发智能班组软件平台的主要创新点和软件平台的实践应用效果。软件平台的应用使班组工作实现了简化、优化、智能化,通过厂内生产大数据的创新运用、软件应用前后对比、实效推广交流,证明该软件平台具有较高的推广价值,有助于开展智能化电厂的建设。
This paper expounds the main innovation points and practical application effect of self-developed intelligent team software platform from three aspects of team management requirements,team culture construction and team members"quality and ability improvement.The application of the software platform makes the team work simplified,optimized and intelligent.Through the innovative application of big data in the factory production,the comparison before and after the software application,and the actual effect promotion and exchange,it is proved that the software platform has high promotion value and is helpful to the construction of intelligent power plants.
