摘要
为缓解农村径流污染,将生态沟渠与小球藻固定化技术相结合,构建了藻球-植物生态沟渠,结合实验室研究和示范工程,分析其径流污染控制效果。研究表明,水芹和空心菜为最佳植物组合,且小球藻胶球的初始接种密度为2.1×10^6 cells/mL,胶球规格为3 mm,投加量为50 mL/m时,系统的净水效果最优且小球藻的生长活性最高。生态沟渠示范工程取得了较好的净化效果,非降雨时期生态沟渠出水基本达到地表Ⅲ类水标准。
In order to alleviate runoff pollution in rural areas,a chlorella bead-plant ecological ditch was constructed by combining chlorella immobilization technology and ecological ditch technology,and its effect on runoff pollution control was investigated both in laboratory research and demonstration project.Laboratory research demonstrated that Ipomoea aquatica and Oenanthe javanica were the optimal plants.When initial inoculation density of chlorella beads was 2.1×10^6 cells/mL,diameter was 3 mm and dosage was 50 mL/m,the best water purification effect and the highest growth activity of chlorella were achieved by the system.A better purification effect was achieved by demonstration project of chlorella bead-plant ecological ditch.During non-rainfall period,the effluent from ecological ditch basically met the Class Ⅲ criteria of GB 3838—2002.
