蓝卍字会校董会对私立中小学的管理

The Management of Private Primary and Secondary Schools by the Boards of Blue Swastika Society

摘要民国后期,一些社会团体关注中小学教育,在政策允许的范围内创办了许多私立学校。按照当时法律规定,私立中小学应该设立校董会,由其依法处理与教育部门相关的事务,并对私立中小学进行行政和财务两个方面的管理。作为民国时期重要的社会团体,蓝卍字会创办了四所小学、一所中学。本研究以天津档案馆所藏档案为中心,讨论蓝卍字会校董会对其所办私立中小学的管理,揭示了民国后期校董会与教育部门、私立中小学的关系。本研究不仅充实了对民国时期基础教育史的研究,也为当今民办中小学的管理实践提供了借鉴。 During the later period of the Republic of China,many social groups focused on primary and secondary school education,and set up a large number of private schools with the permission of policies.According to the law at the time,private primary and secondary schools should establish school boards to handle affairs related to the education sector,and manage both administrative and financial aspects of private schools.As an important social organization in Tianjin during the Republic of China,the Blue Swastika Society established four primary schools and one secondary school.This research focuses on the documents in the Tianjin Municipal Archives,discusses the management of of its private primary and secondary schools by the Boards of Blue Swastika Society,and reveals the relationship between the boards,the education sector,and private primary and secondary schools in the later period of the Republic of China.This research not only enriches the study on the history of basic education during the Republic of China,but also provides reference for the management practice of private primary and secondary schools.
