Effect of rehabilitation training combined with electromyography biofeedback therapy on pelvic floor function and sexual quality in women with postpartum stress urinary incontinence

摘要目的探讨女性产后压力性尿失禁患者实施康复训练联合肌电生物反馈疗法对其盆底功能及性生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月武汉科技大学附属武昌医院收治的80例女性产后压力性尿失禁患者作为研究对象。采用计算机进行随机分组,分为联合组(n=40)和训练组(n=40)。训练组患者采用常规康复训练,联合组患者实施康复训练联合肌电生物反馈疗法。分析两组患者疗效、盆底肌力、生活质量及性生活质量情况。结果联合组患者训练3个月后总有效率、Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类盆底肌肉肌力分级状况均优于训练组患者,联合组患者治疗后生活质量评分、性生活质量评分均高于训练组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性产后压力性尿失禁患者实施康复训练联合肌电生物反馈疗法可改善盆底功能及性生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy on pelvic floor function and sexual life quality in women with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 80 patients with female postpartum stress incontinence admitted to Wuchang Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into combined group(n=40)and training group(n=40)by computer.The training group received conventional rehabilitation training,and the combined group received rehabilitation training combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy.The curative effect,pelvic floor muscle strength,quality of life and quality of sexual life of the two groups were analyzed.Results After 3 months of training in the combined group,the total effective rate,class I and class II pelvic muscle muscle strength grading were significantly better than the training group.The quality of life quality score,sexual quality of life score in combined group are higher than in training group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation training combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy can improve the function of pelvic floor and the quality of sexual life of female postpartum stress incontinence patients.
