南京江北新区某换乘枢纽建设工程设计关键技术

摘要 项目位于南京江北新区,为集交通、换乘枢纽、配套服务等业态于一体的“枢纽综合体”,项目综合应用了工业化建造技术与绿色技术,为建筑艺术与预制装配式技术体系深度融合创新。停车楼单元主体结构构件柱、梁、楼板、楼梯、阳台、外墙板等均采用工厂预制、现场现浇连接;内隔墙采用成品板材,预制装配率达60%。项目同时应用了大量的绿色技术,如建筑外立面垂直绿化、屋顶花园、光伏发电、地面透水系统等,达到国家绿色建筑标准。采用BIM技术,实现了预制构件模拟施工、构件拼装节点的检验及构件碰撞检查,将设计延伸至构件的制造、运输、安装,减少施工误差,提高施工精度,保证施工质量。 The project is located in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area,which is a"hub complex"integrating transportation,transfer hub and ancillary services.The project integrates industrialized construction technology and green technology to create a deep integration of architectural art and assembly technology system.The main structural components of parking building unit,such as columns,beams,floor slabs,stairs,balconies and exterior wall panels,are all precast and connected cast-in-situ;the interior partition wall is made of finished sheets,and the precast assembly rate reaches 60%.A large number of green technologies have been applied,such as vertical greening of building facade,roof garden,photovoltaic power generation,ground water permeability system,etc.The building meets the national green building standards.The BIM technology is used to simulate the construction of prefabricated components,inspect the assembly joints and check the collision of components.The design extends to the manufacture,transportation and installation of components,which reduces construction errors,improves construction accuracy and guarantees construction quality.
