摘要
通过以胶合板为基材,采用联苯菊酯环保型防虫剂,制备具有防虫功能的浸渍胶膜纸饰面胶合板(简称防虫功能生态板),并对其物理力学以及防虫综合性能进行研究。结果表明:在胶合板基材中添加联苯菊酯防虫剂,可以成功制备出防虫功能生态板,产品的理化性能均满足GB/T 34722—2017《浸渍胶膜纸饰面胶合板和细木工板》标准要求,并且防虫性能得到显著提高。
The insecticide performance of surface decorated plywood with paper impregnated thermosetting resins by adding pyrethroid insecticides were discussed.Results showed that the addition of insect resistant agent had little effect on the physical and mechanical properties under the experimental conditions.All the physical and chemical properties of products meet the requirements of the standard GB/T 34722-2017:Surface Decorated Plywood and Blockboard with Paper Impregnated Thermosetting Resins.The insect resistant performance of board was significantly improved.
