抗滑封层用集料的特性对比分析

摘要 抗滑集料的种类和性质是决定抗滑封层抗滑性能和耐久性能的重要因素,为对抗滑封层用细集料进行优选,本文从主要成分、颗粒形状、经济性三方面对抗滑封层用集料的特性进行了优选。结果表明,黑刚玉、金刚砂的主要成分分别是刚玉和碳化硅,具有更高的硬度;从颗粒形状上分析,黑刚玉颗粒更接近于正方体,但黑刚玉表明较为光滑,不利于其与胶结材料的粘附;从经济性上分析,玄武岩集料具有最优的经济学,而黑刚玉相对与另外两种材料,其材料价格高昂。综合分析后,本文推荐具有最高经济性,且颗粒形状、表面形貌尚可的玄武岩集料作为抗滑封层用集料。 The types and properties of anti sliding aggregate are important factors to determine the anti sliding performance and durability of anti sliding seal.In order to optimize the fine aggregate for anti sliding seal coat,the characteristics of anti sliding seal material are optimized from three aspects of main composition,particle shape and economy.The results show that the main components of black corundum and carborundum are corundum and silicon carbide respectively,which have higher hardness;from the particle shape analysis,the black corundum particles are closer to the cube,but the black corundum is relatively smooth,which is not conducive to its adhesion with cementation materials;from the economic analysis,basalt aggregate has the best economics,while black corundum is relative to the other two materials Its material price is high.After comprehensive analysis,the basalt aggregate with the highest economic efficiency and acceptable particle shape and surface morphology is recommended as the anti sliding seal material.
