摘要
文章首先介绍了图书馆物质文化的概念、特征和育人功能,分析了当前高校图书馆物质文化育人中存在的基础设施建设不足、馆藏资源分布不均、缺乏现代管理理念、专职人才队伍欠缺等问题,进而提出了有针对性的对策:完善基础设施建设,优化空间布局设计;发挥资源共享功能,强化文献资源配置;推行人性服务机制,提升文化管理效能;组建现代人才队伍,强调沟通互动原则。
The paper first introduces the concept,characteristics and education function of library material culture,and then analyzes the problems in the current material culture education of university libraries,such as the insufficiency of infrastructure construction,the mal-distribution of collection resources,the absence of modern management concepts and a full-time talent team.Finally,it puts forward targeted countermeasures:to improve infrastructure construction and optimize space layout design;to develop the function of resource sharing and improve the allocation of document resources;to practice human service mechanism and improve the efficiency of cultural management;to construct a modern talent team and highlight communication interaction principle.
