摘要
以蒙脱石粘土矿物和葡萄糖为原料,通过水热反应一步合成了蒙脱石/水热碳复合材料(Mt/C),研究了pH值,Cr(Ⅵ)的初始浓度及Mt/C用量对Mt/C去除Cr(Ⅵ)的影响,并采用响应曲面法对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除条件进行了优化。结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率随着溶液pH值和Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度的增大而减小,随着Mt/C用量的增大而增大,当Mt/C用量为1.6 g/L,pH为3,Cr(Ⅵ)浓度为15 mg/L时,Mt/C对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率为98.57%,与模型理论预测值接近。
Montmorillonite/hydrothermal carbon composite(Mt/C)was synthesized from montmorillonite and glucose by hydrothermal reaction.The removal conditions were optimized by response surface methodology,and the effects of the Cr(Ⅵ)solution concentration,Mt/C dosage and pH on Cr(Ⅵ)removal were investigated.The results demonstrated that removal efficiencies of Cr(Ⅵ)decreased with the increase of pH and initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ),and increased with the increase of dosage of Mt/C.The optimal conditions for removing Cr(Ⅵ)by Mt/C were as follows:pH of 3,Cr(Ⅵ)concentration of 15 mg/L,and Mt/C dosage of 1.6 g/L.Under the optimal conditions,the removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ)by Mt/C was 98.57%,close to the model predicted value.
