摘要
文章以湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所为例,分析了该所2003—2019年的科技产出、成果转化收益情况,梳理出协同转化开发、商业化育种合作、技术总承包服务等典型模式和主要做法,分析了当前成果转化的难点,从提高科技成果质量、培育新的增长点、建立健全成果转化的长效机制等方面,提出了加快推进农业科技成果转化的对策与建议,以促进农业科研院所科技成果快速转化。
Taking Food Crops Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the status quo of scientific and technological output,the transformation of agricultural scientific and technology achievements during 2003-2019 were analyzed in the paper.Three typical models of cooperative transformation and development,commercialized breeding cooperation and general technical contract service were pointed out and main methods informed.Based on the existing problems of present transformation achievements,the countermeasures for speeding up transformation were proposed,such as improving the quality of achievements,breeding new growing points,constructing and perfecting long term mechanism of achievements transformation.
