基于分布式光纤温度传感的煤层气井测试 被引量:6

摘要 分布式温度传感(Distributed Temperature Sensing,DTS)技术是一种实时监测被测环境温度场的新型传感技术,较于传统的井温测量技术,具有无源工作、分布采集、布设简单等优势。煤层气井的开采对井下的剖面温度和产层流量都有着明确的计量需求。本文简要介绍DTS设备和产量解释的原理,结合DTS设备在国内某煤层气井的实际温度监测试验,验证了DTS在生产测井温度监测方面的可行性,并通过解释软件初步测算煤层气井产层流量。通过与传统的测试方式对比,目前分布式温度传感的测温精度和分辨率分别达到1℃和0.1℃,产层流量计算误差控制在大约3%的水平。 Distributed Temperature Sensing(DTS)technology is a new type of sensing technology that monitors the temperature field of the measured environment in real time.Compared with traditional well temperature measurement technology,it has the advantages of passive operation,distributed acquisition,and simple layout.The mining of coalbed methane wells has clear measurement requirements for downhole profile temperature and pay zone flow.This article briefly introduces the principle of DTS equipment and output interpretation,combined with the actual temperature monitoring test of DTS equipment in a domestic coal-bed methane well,verifies the feasibility of DTS in production logging temperature monitoring,and preliminarily calculates the gas well′s production flow through interpretation software.Through comparison with traditional testing methods,the current temperature measurement accuracy and resolution of distributed temperature sensors have reached 1℃and 0.1℃respectively,and the calculation error of the formation flow rate is controlled at about 3%.
