摘要
微阵列蛋白芯片是研究蛋白质与蛋白质相互作用和识别疾病相关自身抗原的平台,也可以高通量的形式检测抗原与抗体之间免疫结合反应。该方法是一种微型化的固相免疫检测方法,在肿瘤、感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病及变态反应性疾病的筛查、辅助诊断和治疗监测中逐渐得到临床认可。该共识对以平面基质为载体,采用化学发光法检测的蛋白芯片的临床应用进行规范化和标准化。
Protein microarrays are platforms for studying protein-protein interactions and identifying disease-related self-antigens/autoantigens,which elicit an immune response in a high-throughput format.It is a miniaturized solid-phase immunoassay method,which has been gradually recognized because of its clinical practice in disease screening,auxiliary diagnosis and treatment monitoring of tumors,infectious diseases,autoimmune diseases and allergic diseases.This consensus has standardized and normalized the clinical application of protein chip with plane matrix as carrier and utilizing chemiluminescent technique.
