摘要
静脉血栓栓塞症患者停用口服抗凝药后复发率较高,严重影响其生活质量.该文从适用人群、评价指标、预测性能等方面对国外近年来发布的静脉血栓栓塞症复发预测模型进行综述,总结国内外的研究现状,旨在为国内静脉血栓栓塞症复发预测模型的构建及应用提供参考.
After discontinuation of oral anticoagulants,venous thromboembolism in patients with high recurrence rates seriously affects the quality of life.This paper reviews the recurrence of venous thromboembolism prediction model from the applicable people,predict performance and evaluation indexes published abroad in recent years.This review summarizes the current research status at home and abroad for recurrence of venous thromboembolism in China,aiming to provide references for the construction and use of prediction model.
