摘要
根据2019年出台的《四川省打好城市黑臭水体治理攻坚战实施方案》要求,以成都市典型黑臭水体“二道河综合治理工程”为例,通过对水体黑臭原因的全面分析,并结合该流域水环境实际状况,在不同河段设计实施生境重构组合技术,目的是在吸收和降解水体污染物的同时,增强水体自净能力,全面改善水生态环境。工程实施后使主要水质指标从劣Ⅴ类达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类的考核要求。该工程为城市类似黑臭水体治理提供了技术经验和借鉴。
This paper takes Erda River comprehensive treatment project,which was a black and smelly water in Chengdu,as an example by analyzing the causes of black and smelly water and the actual situation of water environment.Various combination technologies were designed and implemented in different river sections according to specific conditions.The purpose was to rebuild the aquatic food chain and enhance the self-purification ability of water while absorbing and degrading pollutants.Finally,the treatment project has reconstructed the river ecological environment and improved the water ecological environment comprehensively.The water quality indicators from worseⅤclass reached“the surface water environment quality standard”(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳclass standard.This project provided useful technical experiences and references for similar projects.
