摘要
民族地区高校档案管理水平是民族地区高校管理水平的重要组成部分,近年来虽取得一定进步,但仍存在许多问题.本文结合民族地区高校档案管理工作的实际情况,对民族地区高校档案管理工作中存在的主要问题进行具体分析,并据此提出将档案工作列入高校中长期发展规划和年度考核范围,加大资金投入,完善管理机制,提高管理人员素质,推进档案数字化建设等应对措施,以期能够进一步促进民族地区高校档案管理水平的有效提高.
The level of archives management in colleges and universities of ethnic areas is an important part of organization. Although some progress has been obtained in recent years,there are still many problems need to solve. This paper mainly analyzes the main problems in archives management in colleges and universities of ethnic areas. Meanwhile,this paper also puts forward some countermeasures,such as adding the archives work into the medium and long-term development plan of colleges and universities,increasing capital investment,improving the management mechanism and promoting the development of digital archives. These countermeasures might improve the level of archives management in colleges and universities of ethnic areas.
