摘要
以某型直升机发动机进气道的逆向建模需求为背景,开展多视角点云数据拼接及自由曲面拟合方法研究,提出了一种基于曲面重建的逆向建模方法。通过采取激光三角法快速获取进气道木模点云数据,运用Geomagic软件对点云数据进行预处理,结合三维坐标变换和拼接原理,实现了某型直升机发动机进气道六块木模曲面的重建,完成了某型直升机发动机进气道的逆向建模,提高了设计效率。
Based on the demand of reverse modeling for a helicopter engine inlet,a method of multi-view point cloud data stitching and free-form surface fitting was studied,through using laser triangulation method to quickly obtain the date of the wood model point cloud of the inlet,using Geomagic software to pre-process the point cloud data.Combining the principle of 3D coordinate transformation and splicing,the reconstruction of six wooden model surface of the intake port of a helicopter engine was realized,and the reverse modeling of the inlet was completed,which improved the design efficiency.
