摘要
记忆性T细胞(Tm)是获得性免疫反应的产物,是抵御病原体入侵的重要效应成分,能为机体提供长期免疫保护。但对于移植患者来说,其存在可能对移植物存活产生负面影响。最近有关Tm在产生机制、稳态调控、亚群异质性、细胞耗竭等方面的研究取得了重大进展,使以Tm为靶点的免疫治疗成为移植领域中一项具有挑战性的任务。本文综述了Tm的生物学特征及其对移植耐受的影响。
Memory T cells(Tm)are product of acquired immune response but also are critical effect components against invading pathogens,providing long-term immune protection for body.But they can bring negative influence on transplant survival in transplant patients.Significant progress has been recently made on generation mechanisms,homeostasis regulation,heterogeneity,and cell exhaustion of Tm,making immunotherapy targeting of Tm a challenging task in transplantation.This article reviewed biological characteristics of Tm and explored their effects on transplant tolerance.
