摘要
《黄帝内经》以五志伤五脏为理论,对阴阳气血与情绪关系进行总结,并归纳七种基本情绪与人体疾病产生、发展、变化、治疗和调护的关系。脑卒中是严重危害人类健康的常见病、多发病,脑卒中除引起多种躯体功能障碍外,还常常导致患者的心理状态发生变化。《黄帝内经》中蕴含有丰富的情志护理思想,本文对《黄帝内经》中的情志致病机制及情志护理方法进行总结,探讨了《黄帝内经》重视情志护理在疾病防治中的作用、脑卒中的情志失调病机,并结合临床脑卒中患者不同时期的心理特点,辨证地给予情志护理措施,从而达到更好地防治疾病的目的。
Huangdi Neijing summarizes the relationship between Yin,Yang,Qi,blood and emotions based on the theory of five spirits hurting the five zang organs,and the relationship between seven basic emotions and the occurrence,development,change,treatment and nursing of human diseases is summarized.Stroke is a common and frequently occurring disease that seriously endangers human health,which not only causes many kinds of physical dysfunction,but also often causes changes in patients'mental state.The Huangdi Neijing contains rich thoughts of emotional nursing,this paper summarizes the pathogenicity mechanism and nursing methods of emotion in Huangdi Neijing,the role of emotional nursing in disease prevention and treatment,Pathogenesis of affective disorder in stroke in Huangdi Neijing was discussed,and combined with the clinical stroke patients at different stages of psychological characteristics,dialectical emotional nursing measures,so as to achieve better prevention and treatment of the disease.
