摘要
在信息化时代的发展背景下,高校内部管理效率可对教学质量与科研水平的提高产生重大影响。行政管理属于高校的基础性管理工作,所以要注重创新行政管理。文章探讨了信息化时代背景对行政管理提出的基本要求,并分析了高校行政管理的创新途径,包括完善行政管理OA系统,加强规范化、阳光化管理,提升信息素养。
Under the background of the development of information age,the internal management efficiency of colleges and universities can have a significant impact on the improvement of teaching quality and scientific research level.As the administrative management belongs to the basic management of colleges and universities,we should pay attention to the innovation of administrative management.This paper discusses the basic requirements of the background of the information age for administrative management,and analyzes the innovative ways of colleges and universities administrative management,including improving the administrative management OA system,strengthening standardized and sunny management,and improving information literacy.
