摘要
航空发动机中煤油的实际燃烧经历雾化、挥发和燃烧的耦合过程,因为其组分随着挥发过程而发生变化,引起其化学及物理特性的变化,进而对多相燃烧过程产生影响.本文通过国产航空煤油RP-3的蒸馏实验,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)和核磁共振(NMR)1H谱和13C谱分析方法来研究航空煤油在蒸发过程中组分以及官能团的变化,发现其组分分布在蒸馏过程中变化剧烈,但官能团变化较小.同时,通过匹配官能团来确保燃烧特性一致的方法构建了一个详细24组分模型燃料,并采用该模型对其蒸发过程中物性参数(密度、表面张力、运动黏度)进行预测.发现这些液相物性参数受组分变化影响较小,而温度扮演主导的角色.
The aviation fuel experiences atomization,vaporization and combustion in a practical aircraft engine.Due to the preferential evaporation of different species in aviation fuel,the composition of aviation fuel varies throughout the distillation process,leading to the variation in chemical and physical properties of fuel gas and further affecting the multi-phase combustion process.In this paper,Chinese aviation fuel RP-3 was used in a distillation experiment,and Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)and 1H and 13C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)were applied to analyze the variations in components and functional groups of samples acquired in the distillation experiment.It was found that the composition of aviation fuel changed significantly over the distillation process while the variation in functional groups varied minimally.Meanwhile,a 24-component surrogate was formulated by matching the functional groups to ensure the consistency of combustion characteristics.This 24-component surrogate was then used to estimate the physical properties in liquid phase,i.e.,density,surface tension,and kinetic viscosity.It was found that the variations in physical properties were more affected by temperature and relatively less affected by the variation in composition.
