摘要 温州瓯江北口大桥北引桥N16~N37墩上部结构为钢-混组合梁(由槽形钢梁和混凝土桥面板组成),N16~N22段为双层结构、N22~N37段为单层结构,槽形钢梁采用顶推施工。根据桥跨布置及结构特点,钢梁顶推分为3个工作面,设置2套提梁站、3个拼装平台,墩旁和部分跨中设置临时顶推墩,导梁为工字形斜腹板+横向平联的桁架结构。施工时以4个或5个节段为1个顶推轮次,采用提梁站将钢梁节段依次吊装到拼装平台,精确调位并焊接成整体后采用DX步履式千斤顶进行多点同步连续顶推,顶推到位并精确调位后解除伸缩缝处的临时连接,依次分联落梁,完成顶推施工。施工中对钢梁的应力和线形进行实时监控,落梁后钢梁的线形和内力均符合设计和规范要求。 The superstructure of the north approach bridge between piers N16-N37 of Oujiang River North Estuary Bridge in Wenzhou is a steel-concrete composite structure consisting of steel tub girders and concrete slabs.The part between piers N16-N22 contains two layers of decks,and the part between piers N22-N37 accommodates a single deck.The steel tub girders are erected by incremental launching.In light of the span arrangement and the characteristics of the structure,the incremental launching of the steel girder was carried out in three working levels,using two sets of lifting frames and three assembly platforms.Temporary incremental launching piers were installed besides the piers and in the midspan of several spans.The launching nose was a truss structure formed of inclined I webs and lateral bracings.During the construction,a number of 4 or 5 segments constituted an incremental launching cycle,the segments were lifted in sequence onto the assembly platform using the lifting frames,accurately tuned and welded into integrity,and then continuously launched from multiple-points by using the DX walking jacks.Once launched into position,the girders were accurately adjusted,the temporary connections at the expansion joints were dismantled,the girders were lowered from one continuous unit to another to complete the incremental launching construction.The stresses and geometry of the steel girders were monitored in real time.The geometry and internal force of the steel girders after the lowering operation could meet the design and code requirements.
