宁波北仑地区门诊性病就诊者淋球菌检测及其他性病混合感染情况分析 被引量:2

Prevalence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and other mixed infections in outpatients from sexually transmitted disease clinics in Beilun District in Zhejiang Province

摘要 目的了解宁波北仑区门诊性病就诊者淋球菌检测及其他性病混合感染情况,为浙东地区性病防治工作提供依据。方法回顾性分析2016年-2018年共计5604例性病就诊者的淋球菌及其他性病检测结果。结果性病就诊者淋球菌检测阳性率为8.49%,呈逐年递增。涂片阳性率明显高于培养阳性率(P<0.001)。男性淋球菌涂片和培养的阳性率明显高于女性(P<0.001)。不同年龄组淋球菌阳性率差异无统计学意义。不同科室淋球菌阳性率不同,泌尿外科最高。混合感染阳性率为1.43%,NC+UU以及NG+UU+MH最多,其中11例混合感染HIV或梅毒。混合感染占比女性高于男性,≤30岁组高于>30岁组。结论淋球菌涂片阳性率高于培养阳性率。女性阳性率虽显著低于男性,但混合感染占比高于男性。混合感染以NG+UU和NG+UU+MH较多,HIV或梅毒混合感染也不容忽视。提示应重视多种病原体的联合检查,并同时进行梅毒及HIV检测,以早期发现异常情况。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae( NG) and other mixed infections in the outpatients visiting the STD clinics in Beilun Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital to the College of Medicine of Zhejiang University,so as to provide valuable evidence-based information for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases in the coastal areas of eastern Zhejiang. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on the detection results of NG and other STDs from 2016 to 2018. Results The positive rate of NG in patients was 8. 49%,showing an increasing trend. The positive rate of smear was28. 17%,which was significantly higher than that positive rate of culture( P < 0. 001). The positive rates of smear and culture in male outpatients both significantly higher than those in female outpatients( P < 0. 001). But there was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rates of NG between different age groups. The positive rate of NG was different in different departments,and is the highest in Urology. The positive rate of mixed infection was 1. 43%. NG + UU and NG + UU + MH were the most,among which 11 cases were co-infected with HIV or syphilis. The proportion of mixed infections of females was significantly higher than that of males,and the proportion of mixed infections in the ≤30 years old group was higher than that of the > 30 years old group. Conclusion The positive rate of smear was significantly higher than that positive rate of culture.Although the positive rate of NG in female outpatients was significantly lower than that of male outpatients,the mixed infection rate in female outpatients was higher than that of male outpatients. Mixed infections of NG + UU and NG + UU + MH accounted dominantly,but the mixed infections of HIV or syphilis should not be ignored. The joint examination of multiple pathogens of STD should be paid enough attention and syphilis and HIV testing should be carried out at the same time to detect abnormalities as early as possible.
