摘要
绿色建筑是实现中国可持续发展的必然要求。本文通过分析中国与日本两国采用的绿色建筑评价体系构成、评价理念、评估对象、评估内容、评价方法、评价指标框架、评价指标权重,并将中国的绿色建筑评价标准体系和日本的CASBEE评价体系进行比较和评价,为日后进一步建立健全我国国内绿色建筑评价体系提供借鉴与参考。
green building is the trend of sustainable development.By analyzing the composition of green building evaluation system,evaluation concept,evaluation object,evaluation content,evaluation method,evaluation index framework and evaluation index weight adopted by China and Japan,and comparing the two countries’green building evaluation standards,this paper provides reference for further establishing the national evaluation system in the future.
