摘要
空隙率是透水沥青面层最重要的技术指标之一,压实工艺可直接影响混合料密实度,进而影响到空隙率指标。对两处不同的试验路透水沥青面层进行压实工艺分析,结果表明,为得到较理想的压实效果和目标空隙率,应根据交通荷载、矿料级配及高粘改性剂使用情况,提出基于特定条件下的压实工艺方案。通过对矿料松装密度修正值K计算公式进行修正,提出透水沥青混合料压实功控制方法。文章提出的多因素影响下透水沥青面层压实工艺研究方法和思路,可为透水沥青路面推广提供经验借鉴。
Voidage is one of the most important technical indexes of permeable asphalt surface.The compaction technology can affect thecompactness and voidage of the mixture directly.The compaction technology analysis of two different test roads shows that in order to obtainideal compaction effect and target voidage,a compaction technology plan based on specific conditions should be put forward according totraffic load,grading and the use of high viscosity modifier.By modifying the formula to calculate K,the compaction power control method ofpermeable asphalt mixture was put forward.The research methods and ideas of the compaction technology of permeable asphalt surface un-der the influence of multiple factors are put forward in this paper,which can provide experience and reference for the popularization of per-meable asphalt pavement.
