基于振动测试的室内车道结构损伤诊断研究

摘要 基于结构振动测试方法,研究室内公交车道结构损伤问题。采用环境脉动和无障碍行车试验,测试结构固有频率和阻尼比,并进行车致激励振动响应分析。试验结果表明,车致激励引起结构阻尼比减小,冲击激励形成以13.8Hz为中心频率受迫振动,形成共振趋势;转弯激励对部分测点振动响应影响明显,形成以13.8Hz为中心的共振区域,且造成较大的受迫振动响应。测试结果与室内车道结构损伤规律吻合,为结构损伤诊断提供直接依据。 Based on the structural vibration test method,the damage problems of indoor bus driveway structure were studied.The natural frequency and damping ratio of the structure were tested and the vibration response motivated by the vehicle was analyzed using the environment pulsating and barrier-free driving test.The test results showed that the vehicle-motivated excitation caused the damping ratio of the structure decreased.The impact excitation formed a forced vibration with a center frequency of 13.8Hz,and had a resonance trend.The turning excitation had significant effect on the vibration response of some measuring points,formed a resonance region centered at 13.8Hz,and caused a large forced vibration response.The test results are consistent with the structural damage law of indoor driveway,which provides a direct basis for structural damage diagnosis.
