有机硅对沥青路面渗水与抗滑性能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究基于国内外在封层材料方面的研究成果以及有机硅的防水性能,探究有机硅材料的制备方法,并采用有机硅材料对沥青混合料面层进行处理,探究有机硅材料对路面性能的影响规律,推动有机硅材料在道路工程中的应用。试验结果表明有机硅以硅氧键为主体,结构稳定,安全无毒。使用有机硅材料后,路面的渗水系数明显减小,路面的抗渗透性能增强,从而提升了路面的抗水损害性能。但使用有机硅材料后,路面构造深度和抗滑性能呈现下降的趋势。同时,综合分析得到有机硅用量为250 g/m 2时,路面能获得较为优异的服役性能。 This research is based on the domestic and foreign research results on the sealing material and the waterproof performance of silicone.It explores the preparation method of silicone material,and uses the silicone material to treat the asphalt mixture surface layer,and explores the performance of the silicone material on the pavement performance.The test results show that the organosilicon is mainly composed of silicon-oxygen bonds,with stable structure,safe and non-toxic.After the use of silicone materials,the water seepage coefficient of the pavement is significantly reduced,and the anti-seepage performance of the pavement is enhanced,thereby improving the water damage resistance of the pavement.However,after using silicone materials,the depth of pavement structure and anti-slip performance showed a downward trend.At the same time,comprehensive analysis shows that when the amount of silicone is 250 g/m 2,the pavement can obtain relatively excellent service performance.
