微创经皮接骨板接骨术治疗胫骨中下段骨折患者的效果 被引量:3

Effect of minimally invasive percutaneous bone plate osteotomy in the treatment of patients with middle and lower tibia fractures

摘要 目的探究微创经皮接骨板接骨术治疗胫骨中下段骨折患者的临床效果。方法选取晋中市榆次区人民医院2019年5月~2020年5月收治的70例胫骨中下段骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(35例)与对照组(35例)。观察组采用微创经皮接骨板接骨术治疗,对照组采用常规切开复位髓内钉内固定术治疗。比较两组的术中相关指标、骨折治疗效果以及围术期并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间以及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胫骨中下段骨折患者的治疗中,微创经皮接骨板接骨术相比于常规切开复位髓内钉内固定术具有手术效果好,手术用时短,术后恢复快,术中出血量少,围术期并发症总发生率低的优势,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures.Methods A total of 70 cases of middle and lower tibial fractures in Yuci District People′s Hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected as research objects and according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,while the control group was treated with conventional open reduction and intramedullary nailing.The intraoperative indexes,fracture treatment effect and perioperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional open reduction and intramedullary nailing,minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis has the advantages of better operation effect,shorter operation time,faster postoperative recovery,less intraoperative blood loss and lower incidence of perioperative complications compared with conventional open reduction and intramedullary nailing.
